With reference to my letter of the Instant, regarding the supply of medicine required for the use of the Civil Department, I am directed to forward to you an original Memorandum from the Medical Store Keeper who has reported, that all the other Articles indented for, can be furnished.
You will be pleased to receive the Medicines, with the exceptions now stated, passing Receipts for them and having careful return kept of their expenditure, copy of which should be submitted quarterly for the information of His Excellency the Governor in Council.
